From May 5 to May 16 2012, an exciting event is taking place that Marketing Element’s client, Good Beginnings has organised.
 
Good Beginnings is an organisation that provides free early childhood and practical parenting programs for children and families across Australia and have organised The Vietnam Trek to raise funds to help build better futures for children.
 
The Vietnam Trek gives participants the opportunity to challenge themselves on an unforgettable 12-day adventure to Northern Vietnam where they will trek the country getting to know Vietnam’s land and people and volunteer with disadvantaged children and orphanages.
 
Corporate teams are urged to jump onboard this great cause as it is challenging, insightful, inspirational and service driven.
 
The Vietnam Trek will:
 

• Engage your staff in a physical challenge, improving Fitness & wellbeing.
• Enable staff across different departments to work closely together – possibly for the first time.
• Act as an incentive program for staff – reward high achievers!
• Aid staff retention – employees – especially 25 ‐ 40 year ‐ olds ‐ see an adventure such as this as meeting their desire to find meaning in their work, boosting their perception of the company.
• Assist in employee recruitment, appealing to the Next Generation Work Force.
